Employee Recognition On The Go!
Snowfly’s Mobile App allows you to receive your employee rewards via your mobile device. You have all the same access to and functional capabilities of Snowfly’s employee recognition software as you do using the online-version. You can acknowledge your pending verifications to claim your rewards of game tokens or points. You can play mobile-versions of your favorite games to gain more points. You can even redeem your points for prizes all through the mobile application.
Same Functionality:
- Receive your Tokens/Points: Check-in at home or during your daily commute. Take a peek at night before going to bed or on the weekends to see how your performance at work is benefitting you. Quickly look to see if a co-worker or your manager has given you a Peer Recognition award or a Special Reward for that extra effort you put in during the week.
- Play Your Favorite Games: Play your game tokens whenever you want to…from wherever you are. Give your kids, friends, grandkids or significant other a chance to play your game tokens and share in your accomplishments at work. Celebrating your achievements with the people closest to you makes earning tokens and playing the games much more fun and interactive.
- Choose Your Prizes: Redeem your points for that coveted e-gift card you’ve had your eye on. Cash in your winnings by transferring your points directly to your rewards debit card (if applicable). The choice is yours and the freedom to choose your prizes any time you want is a perk of the Snowfly App.
- Check for New Targets: Find out what new goals/targets have been set for you and your team and what the reward will be for achieving a new level of performance or accomplishing a new task.
